I’m Lizzie, a marketer and writer who enjoys a prosecco (okay, a fair few) sitting dangerously close to open fires and surrounding myself with wonderful people – that’s you.
I love a cosy night in but have a penchant for a good ol’ fashioned knees up, and I believe laughter, a decent meal and awesome company are the cure for just about anything.
So, where has Laughter and Lemons come from?
Laughter and Lemons was born from my love for the written word, my impulse to create meaningful and supportive connections, and my inherent desire to help women live joyful and fearless lives without restrictions. I’m fascinated by personal development and how unravelling layers of history and learned beliefs can uncover a beautiful, limitless potential in anyone, and I want to talk about it, a lot.
Let’s face it, we live in a hectic and confusing world, where self-love is bloody-hard and we’re told to hustle our days away and savour each moment at the same time. If you feel overwhelmed, confused or lacking at times, I promise you aren’t alone. That’s why my aim is to create a comfortable, open space where you feel understood, heard and supported. Where I can share the tips, tools and resources that have helped me deal with my once crippling confidence issues, and help you take control, build on your own self-worth, and live the life you want.
